Moorish Tuna Steaks
- 20g pack of coriander
- 3 cloves of garlic
- ½ tsp each of paprika, cumin, and chilli powder
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 150ml olive oil
- 4 x tuna steaks
- Blitz the coriander, spices, lemon juice, and garlic in a food processor. Slowly add the olive oil until a thick sauce is made. Place the tuna steaks in a large bowl, and cover with about ⅔ of the sauce. Cover, and marinate for up to 4 hours in the fridge.
- Heat a griddle pan until slightly smoking, season the tuna steaks with salt and pepper, and then cook for 1-2 minutes on each side, depending on how you like them. Serve hot with new potatoes or spicy rice.
