Moroccan-Style Tuna Steaks

  • 20g fresh coriander
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • ½ tsp each ground cumin, chilli powder and paprika
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 150ml olive oil
  • 4 x tuna steaks
  • Blitz the coriander, spices, garlic and lemon juice in a food processor. With the motor still running, slowly add the oil until you get a thick, smooth sauce. Set aside. Place the tuna steaks in a dish and cover with ⅔ of the sauce. Leave to marinate in the fridge for 3 hours.
  • Heat up a griddle pan. Season the tuna steaks and cook for 2 mins on each side or to your liking. Drizzle with the remaining sauce and serve with couscous or new potatoes.
