Paprika, Beef and Pork Burgers
- 250g beef steak mince
- 250g pork mince
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- Handful of chopped coriander
- 4 burger buns
- Salsa and mayo, to serve
- Sweet potato fries, to serve
- Combine the beef, pork, coriander and paprika in a bowl and season well. With damp hands, shape into 4 patties, then set aside in the fridge for an hour to firm up.
- Heat a griddle pan and brush the burgers with a little oil. Griddle for 4 mins on each side, or until cooked through, then set aside to rest. Meanwhile, griddle the burger buns on the cut side until char-lined, then stuff with the mayo, salsa, burgers and anything else you fancy. Serve with sweet potato fries and more salsa on the side.
