Pasta with Broccoli and Anchovies

  • 300g wholemeal tagliatelle, cooked
  • 180g broccoli, cut into florets
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 fat anchovies, roughly chopped
  • 20g parmesan, grated
  • Black pepper
  • Boil the broccoli in salted water for 3-4 minutes, then add to a large saucepan with the freshly cooked pasta, a splash of the cooking water, the anchovies, the olive oil, and plenty of black pepper. Mix well to combine, then serve in bowls with a sprinkling of parmesan.
