Peach and Prosciutto Appetizers

  • 6 slices of prosciutto or similar
  • 1 peach, halved
  • 25g chunk of quality parmesan
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • A few sprigs of chervil, to serve
  • Arrange 3 slices of the ham on each plate, and slice each peach half into six thin wedges, and scatter them on top of the prosciutto.
  • With a vegetable peeler, shave the parmesan and scatter the shavings over the plates. Drizzle with olive oil, scatter with black pepper, and finish with fresh chervil. Delicious!
