Ponzu Oysters
- 6 fresh shucked oysters
- Lemon and lime wedges, to serve
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 2 tsp each lemon and orange juice
- Chopped spring onion and toasted sesame seeds, to serve
- Mix the soy sauce, mirin, lemon and orange juice and some seasoning in a bowl, and sprinkle over the oysters. Scatter with spring onion, orange zest and sesame seeds, and serve alongside lemon and lime wedges. Perfect!
