Ponzu Oysters

  • 6 fresh shucked oysters
  • Lemon and lime wedges, to serve
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp mirin
  • 2 tsp each lemon and orange juice
  • Chopped spring onion and toasted sesame seeds, to serve
  • Mix the soy sauce, mirin, lemon and orange juice and some seasoning in a bowl, and sprinkle over the oysters. Scatter with spring onion, orange zest and sesame seeds, and serve alongside lemon and lime wedges. Perfect!
