Portobello Mushrooms with Crispy Onions Starter
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 300g portobello mushrooms
- 4 tbsp truffle mayo
- 20g crispy onions
- Fire up the barbecue and once glowing, mix the garlic, olive oil and parsley in a bowl and season well. Rub the mixture into the mushrooms until coated, and leave to marinate for at least 10 mins. Cook the mushrooms on the barbecue for 5 mins on each side, then lay on serving plates and top with a dollop of truffle mayo and lots of crispy onions. Yum!
