Provence Pork Kebabs
- 600g pork fillet
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 2 tsp herbes de Provence
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp runny honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Chop the meat into bite-sized chunks and cut the spring onions into 4cm lengths. Mix the herbs, lemon zest and juice, some seasoning, and oil in a bowl, then add the pork and onions and mix to coat all over.
- Thread the meat and onion onto skewers. Preheat a barbecue, and cook the skewers for about 8 mins, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through. Serve with veggies and all your favourite sides.
