Quick Beef Tacos

  • 500g minced beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 crushed garlic cloves
  • 1.5 tbsp dried oregano
  • 2 tsp each ground cumin and paprika
  • Pinch of chilli flakes
  • 24 tortillas or taco shells
  • Salads, guacamole, salsa etc to serve
  • Simply brown the meat all over in a large frying pan, then season and remove from the pan. Set aside. Add the oil to the pan and fry the spices, garlic and oregano for 1 minute, return the beef to the mixture and toss well, cooking for 3 mins to heat through. Stuff into tortillas or taco shells with all your favourite Tex-Mex sides, salads and sauces. Nice!
