Quick Corned Beef Hash
- 20g butter
- 1 onion, sliced
- 700g white potatoes, boiled and cubed
- 1 tin of quality corned beef, cubed
- 15ml worcestershire sauce
- Small bunch of parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper
- Melt the butter in a frying pan, and soften the onion for a couple of minutes. Add the potatoes and corned beef, and fry for 6-7 minutes, pressing down occasionally to crisp up the base.
