Quick Corned Beef Hash

  • 20g butter
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 700g white potatoes, boiled and cubed
  • 1 tin of quality corned beef, cubed
  • 15ml worcestershire sauce
  • Small bunch of parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper
  • Melt the butter in a frying pan, and soften the onion for a couple of minutes. Add the potatoes and corned beef, and fry for 6-7 minutes, pressing down occasionally to crisp up the base. When cooked, remove from the pan, and sprinkle with worcestershire sauce, parsley, and plenty of seasoning. Serve with crusty bread.
