Quick Peach and Ham Tapas Bites

  • 6 ripe peaches
  • 1 bunch of basil
  • 1 pack of serrano ham or similar
  • Black pepper
  • Slice the peaches. Wrap each slice with a large basil leaf and a slice of jamon, and spear with a cocktail stick. Season with black pepper, and serve as part of a tapas platter or a side at a barbecue.
