Quick Salmon and Cream Cheese Pâté
- 255g smoked salmon
- 110g cream cheese
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- ½ lemon, juice only
- 2 tbsp chopped chives
- Pinch of sugar
- Salt and pepper
- Toast, to serve
- Place all of the ingredients, minus the toast - obviously - into a blender, and pulse until a fairly rough pâté texture is achieved. Season with plenty of pepper, go easy on the salt, and serve with hot toast or crackers.
