Roast Garlic Brussels Sprouts with Parmesan
- 600g Brussels sprouts, halved
- 50g melted butter
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- 50g panko breadcrumbs
- 25g grated parmesan
- Preheat the oven to 200C. Tip the sprouts into a bowl and drizzle with the butter, then add some seasoning and the garlic to the mix. Toss to coat, then add the parmesan and breadcrumbs, and toss again. Tip into a baking tray, and roast for 30 mins until crisp and golden. The perfect side to roast beef or lamb!
