Rosemary Roasted Almond Nibbles
- 200g blanched almonds
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp sea salt
- 2 tbsp chopped rosemary leaves
- 1⁄2 tsp smoked paprika
- This beautiful snack is easily made by adding the blanched almonds to a wide-based pan, which should be put on a high heat. The nuts can be fried with the olive oil, salt, and rosemary, and fried until crisp. Remove from the heat, toss in the paprika, stir well, and serve.
