Salmon and Horseradish Pâté
- 100g crème fraîche
- 100g cream cheese
- 200g smoked salmon
- 1 lemon, zest and juice
- 1 tbsp creamed horseradish
- 2 tbsp chopped dill
- Capers, to serve
- Soda bread, to serve
- Simply place all of the ingredients (except the capers and bread) into a food processor, and blitz to a textured paste. Season if necessary, then serve with soda bread and capers.
