Salmon and Horseradish Pâté

  • 100g crème fraîche
  • 100g cream cheese
  • 200g smoked salmon
  • 1 lemon, zest and juice
  • 1 tbsp creamed horseradish
  • 2 tbsp chopped dill
  • Capers, to serve
  • Soda bread, to serve
  • Simply place all of the ingredients (except the capers and bread) into a food processor, and blitz to a textured paste. Season if necessary, then serve with soda bread and capers.
