Sardines with Paprika Crumb
- 4 big whole sardines
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- 1 slice of white bread, blitzed into crumbs
- 1 tsp paprika
- Handful of chopped parsley
- Lime wedges, to serve
- Preheat your grill. Season your fish inside and out, then stick under the grill for 5 mins, or until cooked through and blistered.
- Meanwhile, heat the oil in a frying pan and gently fry the garlic for a minute. Toss in the crumbs and paprika, and fry until crisp. Stir in the parsley, and serve scattered over the fish with lime wedges on the side.
