Sausage with Blue Cheese Mash
- 1 potato, cooked and mashed
- 15g butter
- 30g blue cheese
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper
- For the Sausages
- 1 tbsp veg oil
- 2 gourmet sausages
- Add the butter, cheese, and mustard to the mash, mix to combine, and season well with plenty of pepper and a pinch of salt. Set aside and keep warm.
- Fry the sausages in oil until browned all over and cooked through. Serve on a bed of mash with your choice of gravy, greens, and condiments. Perfect!
