Sausage with Blue Cheese Mash

  • 1 potato, cooked and mashed
  • 15g butter
  • 30g blue cheese
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper
  • For the Sausages
  • 1 tbsp veg oil
  • 2 gourmet sausages
  • Add the butter, cheese, and mustard to the mash, mix to combine, and season well with plenty of pepper and a pinch of salt. Set aside and keep warm.
  • Fry the sausages in oil until browned all over and cooked through. Serve on a bed of mash with your choice of gravy, greens, and condiments. Perfect!
