Seared Tuna with Pak Choi

  • 1 tuna steak
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Squeeze of lime
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 pak choi, sliced
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • ½ lime, juice only
  • 2 tsp chicken stock
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • Make your pak choi by heating the oil in a frying pan, and sauteing the pak choi for 2-3 minutes. Add the garlic, the lime juice, and soy sauce, and cook for 2 minutes. Add the stock, simmer for 3 minutes, then set aside.
  • Season the tuna steak, and sear for 2 minutes on either side in a hot pan with some oil. Serve on a bed of the pak choi with another squeeze of lime over the fish.
