Sesame Noodle Snack
- 1 nest of dried egg noodles
- Handful of frozen peas and fava beans, or similar
- 1 tbsp mixed seeds
- ½ tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Optional extras: Carrot ribbons, shredded spring onion, snow peas, and sliced red capsicum
- Pop the noodles in a bowl and cover with boiling water. Allow to stand for 10 mins to soften, then drain and refresh under the tap.
- Put the drained noodles in a bowl or bento box, and add the peas, seeds, beans, soy sauce, sesame oil, and any additional extras you fancy. Give it a mix, and serve as a light lunch or a tasty side.
