Sesame Tofu Kebabs
- 400g firm tofu, drained and cut into large cubes
- 50ml olive oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- Salt and pepper
- 4 tbsp sesame seeds
- 150g spinach leaves
- Soaked wooden skewers
- Preheat a grill or barbecue. Whisk together the honey and olive oil, and thread the tofu onto the skewers - 4 per skewer should be fine. Brush with the oil mixture and season liberally, then roll in the sesame seeds to cover evenly.
- Grill for 6-8 mins or until golden all over. Serve on a bed of spinach leaves and with your favourite dipping sauces.
