Sesame Tofu Kebabs

  • 400g firm tofu, drained and cut into large cubes
  • 50ml olive oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • Salt and pepper
  • 4 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 150g spinach leaves
  • Soaked wooden skewers
  • Preheat a grill or barbecue. Whisk together the honey and olive oil, and thread the tofu onto the skewers - 4 per skewer should be fine. Brush with the oil mixture and season liberally, then roll in the sesame seeds to cover evenly.
  • Grill for 6-8 mins or until golden all over. Serve on a bed of spinach leaves and with your favourite dipping sauces.
