Singapore Noodles
- 3 tbsp teriyaki sauce
- 1⁄2 tsp Chinese 5 spice powder
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 300g pork steak
- 140g egg noodles
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil
- 2 x 300g packs of stir fry veg mix
- 100g cooked prawns
- Mix together the teriyaki, 5 spice, and curry powder, and apply half of the mixture to the pork. Leave the meat to marinate for at least 15 minutes. Heat the oven to 200C, and roast the pork for 20 minutes on a lined baking tray.
- While the pork is roasting, cook the noodles according to pack instructions. Drain well. Heat up the oil in a wok, and stir fry the vegetable mix for 4 minutes. Slice the pork thinly, and toss into the wok along with the noodles, the prawns, and whatever is left of the marinade. Toss together for 3 minutes, then serve hot in bowls.
