- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp white miso paste
- ½ tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp runny honey
- 1.5 tsp sesame oil
- 1 crushed garlic clove
- 1 chopped red chilli
- 125g butter
- 1 tsp wasabi
- 2 x 180g sirloin steaks

- Mix the butter and wasabi in a small bowl. Heat the remaining oil in a pan and season the steaks, then fry for 2 mins on each side. Add the wasabi butter to the pan for the final minute of cooking and baste the steaks well. Transfer to a plate to rest for 5 mins.
