Slow Cooker Apple-Glazed Ribs
- 75ml apple sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp Chinese 5 spice
- 1 kg pork ribs, cut into separate ribs
- Salt and pepper
- In a large bowl, mix together the apple sauce, the honey, worcestershire sauce, and spices. Season the ribs with salt and pepper, then toss them in the sauce to cover completely.
- Transfer the ribs to your slow cooker, and cook on a low heat for 7-8 hours, or until the meat is falling off the bone. Serve with mash and sweetcorn.
