Slow Cooker Apple-Glazed Ribs

  • 75ml apple sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp Chinese 5 spice
  • 1 kg pork ribs, cut into separate ribs
  • Salt and pepper
  • In a large bowl, mix together the apple sauce, the honey, worcestershire sauce, and spices. Season the ribs with salt and pepper, then toss them in the sauce to cover completely.
  • Transfer the ribs to your slow cooker, and cook on a low heat for 7-8 hours, or until the meat is falling off the bone. Serve with mash and sweetcorn.
