Smoked Salmon Rotolo Canapes

  • 300g cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped dill
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Pinch of crushed black peppercorns
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 375g smoked salmon
  • Rocket leaves, to serve
  • Mix the cream cheese, dill, lemon juice and black pepper and spread over 4 large flour tortillas. Cover with a generous portion of smoked salmon, then roll up like a Swiss roll and trim off the ends. Wrap in cling film, twisting the ends to seal. Place in the fridge until ready to serve, then slice with a sharp knife on the diagonal and present on plates with rocket leaves and more dill.
