Spaghetti with Olive Ragu

  • 150g spaghetti, cooked
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1⁄2 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 2 roasted bell peppers from a jar, chopped
  • 100g kalamata olives, pitted and chopped
  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • Dash of hot sauce
  • Heat the oil in a small saucepan, and gently cook the onion to soften. Add the garlic, and cook for a minute more, then toss in the bell peppers, olives, ketchup, and hot sauce. Cook for five minutes, and then stir through the spaghetti and serve. Easy peasy!
