Spanish-Style Garlic Prawns

  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 chopped garlic cloves
  • 2 chillies, deseeded and chopped
  • 1 tbsp hot smoked paprika
  • ½ onion, finely chopped
  • 300g peeled prawns
  • Heat the oil over a gentle heat, and sweat down the onions and garlic, and stir in the paprika and chilli. Add the prawns to the pan, and cook until the shellfish has cooked and turned dark pink in colour. This should take no more than 5 minutes. Serve hot with crusty bread. Yum!
