Spicy Okra Chaat

  • 50g chickpea flour
  • 400g trimmed okra
  • Veg oil for frying
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp chilli powder
  • ¼ tsp dried mango powder
  • Pop the chickpea flour in a bowl and slice the okra pieces into four lengthways. Toss the okra pieces in the flour, then fry in oil until crisp and golden. Remove and drain on kitchen paper, then sprinkle with the other ingredients and toss well to coat. Serve as a tempting snack on curry night!
