Spring Vegetable and Feta Salad
- 3 handfuls of fresh peas
- 1 bunch of asparagus, blanched
- 100g feta, crumbled
- Handful of chopped mint
- Lemon juice, to taste
- Olive oil, to taste
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tsp black onion seeds
- Simply mix together all of the ingredients in a salad bowl, then season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with the onion seeds. Sheer perfection!
