Spring Vegetable and Feta Salad

  • 3 handfuls of fresh peas
  • 1 bunch of asparagus, blanched
  • 100g feta, crumbled
  • Handful of chopped mint
  • Lemon juice, to taste
  • Olive oil, to taste
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp black onion seeds
  • Simply mix together all of the ingredients in a salad bowl, then season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with the onion seeds. Sheer perfection!
