Super Sticky Salted Caramel Apples
- 30g butter
- 2 apples, peeled, cored and sliced
- 4 tbsp dulce de leche
- Splash of brandy
- Sea salt flakes
- Ice cream, to serve
- Melt the butter in a frying pan. When foaming, add the apples and fry until golden. Stir in the dulce de leche until melted, then cook together for a few minutes until sticky. Add a splash of brandy to the mix, then sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt and serve immediately with a scoop of ice cream.
