Swedish Oysters
- ½ pack of dill, very finely chopped
- 1 tsp capers, drained
- 1 lemon, zest and juice
- 6 live shucked oysters
- Simply mix together the lemon zest, juice, dill, and capers, and spoon on top of the live oysters. Eat immediately - simple, yet oh-so delicious!
