Tuna, Quark and Herb Dip

  • 150g quark cheese
  • 150g soft cheese
  • 1 lemon, zest and ½ juiced
  • 100g sliced spring onions
  • 10g snipped chives
  • 160g tuna chunks in spring water, drained
  • Beat together the quark and soft cheese in a bowl until smooth, then stir in the lemon juice, spring onions and chives. Add the tuna, season well and mix together until combined. Scatter with more chives and spring onions, then serve with bread and crudites.
