Tuna Steaks with Cucumber Salsa
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 4 x 140g tuna steaks
- For the Salsa
- ½ cucumber
- 2 chopped spring onions
- 1 chopped tomato
- ½ red chilli, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- Rub the tuna steaks with oil, and leave to one side while you make the salsa. Peel the cucumber, half lengthways, and remove the seeds with a spoon. Dice the flesh, and combine with the rest of the ingredients in a bowl, seasoning well.
- Griddle the steaks for 2 mins on each side, then remove and leave to stand for 3 mins. Spoon over the salsa, and serve.
