Turkish Lamb Burgers

  • 1 kg quality lamb mince
  • 3 crushed garlic cloves
  • 2 chopped red onions
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 25g chopped parsley
  • 2 tbsp tomato puree
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • Flatbreads, dips and pickles, to serve
  • Mix all of the burger ingredients together in a bowl, season well, and then shape into 8 patties with damp hands - you want them about 2cm thick. Chill for 1 hour in the fridge. Barbecue for 5 mins on each side, or until just cooked through, then serve in flatbreads with all your favourite pickles, sauces and sides. Perfect!
