Warm Potato and Dill Salad
- 250g new potatoes
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- Drizzle of olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper
- Cook the new potatoes in a large saucepan of boiling salted water for 15 minutes, or until just tender. Mix the cooked potatoes with all the other ingredients, season to taste, and serve as a delicious side with other salads and cheeses.
