Zesty Lime and Honey Tofu Starter
- 1⁄2 pack firm tofu, dried and cut into 3x 1cm slices
- 1 lime, zest and juice
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 sliced garlic clove
- Olive oil, for drizzling
- 1 handful roasted peanuts
- Toasted ciabatta, to serve
- Chopped coriander, to serve
- Preheat the oven to 200C. Place the tofu slices in an ovenproof dish, and scatter with the remaining ingredients and drizzle with the oil. Bake for 5 minutes, and serve with your toasted bread and coriander. Simple perfection!
