Asian Sea Bass and Greens Traybake
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp runny honey
- ½ tsp wasabi paste
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
- 400g mixed green veg
- 100g rice noodles
- 4 spring onions, sliced
- 2 sea bass fillets
- Preheat the oven to 220C. Whisk together the soy, honey, wasabi, and sesame seeds in a bowl. Pop all of the greens in a baking tray, and toss with a splash or two of water. Cook in the oven for 10 mins, and meanwhile cook the noodles to pack instructions.
- Once the vegetables are tender, drizzle them with half the soy dressing and half the spring onions, and toss well. Place the fish fillets on top (skin-side up) and pour over the rest of the dressing. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, and put the whole lot back in the oven for 6 mins. Serve with the cooked noodles and a sprinkling of soy sauce, and enjoy.
