Ingredients
Method
- 200g block of feta
- 400g cherry tomatoes
- 1 sliced red onion
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp finely chopped basil
- 2 tbsp honey
- Large pinch of chilli flakes
- Preheat the oven to 180C. Place the cheese in a baking dish and scatter the onion and tomatoes around it.
- Whisk together the oil, garlic, basil, honey and chilli flakes, then drizzle most of it all over the feta and tomatoes. Bake for 40 mins or until the tomatoes have burst, then drizzle with the remaining honey mixture to serve with crusty bread.
