Ingredients
Method
- 1 cauliflower, broked into florets
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp chilli powder
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 sliced red chilli, to garnish
- Preheat the oven to 200C. Mix the tomato paste, soy sauce, paprika, vinegar, garlic, chilli and maple syrup in a bowl with some seasoning, then add the cauliflower florets and mix to coat. Leave to marinate for 30 mins.
- Transfer the ‘wings’ to a lined baking tray and cook for 25 mins or until the edges are crisp. Remove from the oven, scatter with sliced chilli, and serve with your favourite dips.
