Ingredients
Method
- 4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp Tabasco
- 2 tbsp chopped garlic
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 8 skinned duck breasts
- Mix the Worcestershire sauce, oil, Tabasco, garlic, and pepper in a bowl. Add the duck breasts and toss well to coat, then marinate in the fridge for at least 30 mins.
- Preheat your barbecue, then when ready barbecue the duck breasts for about 5 mins on each side for medium. Serve with chips, or whatever sides you fancy!
