  • 400g store-bought pulled pork
  • 200g corn chips
  • 150g cheddar, grated
  • 400g tin black beans, drained
  • 1 jalapeño, thinly sliced
  • Sour cream, guacamole and sliced spring onions, to serve
  • Spread corn chips over a large baking tray. Scatter over black beans, pulled pork and grated cheddar. Bake at 200°C for 10-12 mins until the cheese is melted and the edges are starting to crisp.
  • Top immediately with sour cream, guacamole, jalapeños and spring onions. Serve straight from the tray.
