Ingredients
Method
- 750g beef mince
- 3 chopped spring onions
- 50g fresh breadcrumbs
- 30g grated parmesan
- 1 beaten egg
- ½ tsp dried Italian herbs
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
- For the Dipping Sauce
- 40g ketchup
- 40g smoky barbecue sauce
- Preheat the grill to high. Place the mince in a mixing bowl and add all the other ingredients. Season well, shape into 12 balls with damp hands, then thread the balls onto 6 skewers. Place the skewers onto a foil-lined tray and grill for 20 mins, turning occasionally until golden and cooked through.
- Combine the ketchup and barbecue sauce, and either drizzle over the meatballs to serve, or enjoy as a dipping sauce to have on the side.
