Ingredients
Method
- 1 egg yolk
- 85g strong blue cheese
- 3 tbsp heavy cream
- 1 tsp mustard
- Dash of worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper
- 2 slices crusty bread, griddled
- Preheat your grill to medium. Place the yolk, cheese, mustard, cream, worcestershire sauce, and salt and pepper into a food processor, and blitz to combine. Slather the lot over your griddled bread slices, and grill for 4 minutes or until bubbling and golden. Serve immediately.
