Serves: 6
Time: 20 minutes
Method
First
Get your sharpest knife, and cut a pocket into the chicken drumsticks along the bone. Place half a garlic clove in each one, then rub the whole thing with as much peri-peri as you dare.
Second
Barbecue over hot coals for 15 minutes, turning often. Serve with warm flatbreads, and a fresh green salad.
