Brie-Stuffed Mushrooms
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp sage leaves, chopped
- 55g breadcrumbs
- 55g Brie cheese
- 2 large flat mushrooms, stalks removed
- Salads to serve
- Preheat the oven to 220C. Heat up the oil in a frying pan, then lightly fry the chopped sage and breadcrumbs until just golden. Take the pan off the heat and add the sliced brie, allowing it to melt and become gooey.
- Brush the mushrooms with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and then spread the brie mixture over them. Place on a baking sheet and cook in the oven for 10-12 minutes, or until cooked and bubbling. Serve with salad.
